Visit the official Rajasthan SSO portal:
Go to the official SSO portal website:
Click on "Forgot Password":
Look for the "Forgot Password" link or option on the login page and click on it.
Enter your registered details:
You may be asked to enter your registered mobile number or email address associated with your SSO ID.
Verify your identity:
You may be required to complete a verification step, such as entering an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Create a new password:
Follow the instructions to create a new, strong password for your SSO ID.
Confirm the new password:
Re-enter the new password to confirm it.
Log in with your new password:
Once the password reset is successful, you can log in to your SSO account using your SSO ID and the newly created password.
SSO ID recovery process via SMS:
SMS Service and Number: The SSO ID can be recovered by sending an SMS containing the text RJ SSO to the number 9223166166.
Registered Mobile Requirement: The SMS must be sent from the mobile number that is registered with your SSO account.
Mandatory Usage Condition: This recovery service is only functional if you have logged in to the SSO portal at least once on or after 07/09/2018.
